Young APG

If you are under 36 years, you will automatically be a member of Young APG, the APG youth network. You will be able to get to know other Young APG employees via various social and work activities. This is not only great fun, but also enables you to build a network that you can use during your work.

Global Women’s Forum

GWF is a community for all female APG employees. GWF organizes meetings for women from all layers of the organization. It is the perfect way to get to know female APG employees and quickly expand your network.

Proud Network 🌈

A number of enthusiastic LHBTQIA+ people have founded Proud. A network where we know how to find each other and be yourself. For fun, activities and a listening ear. Proud also wants to ensure a better representation of LHBTQIA people, insights & education, and LHBTQIA+ policy. More information? Contact Evelien Starren or Jurjan Hoekman. You'll find their contact details in outlook / intranet.

Connecting Cultures

Cultural diversity creates values such as innovations and being agile in a fast changing world. Through the Connecting Cultures network we want to contribute to an organization in which (bi)cultural talent feels welcome. Where the added value of cultural diversity is optimally utilized, and where APG reflects the labor potential in society at all levels. We strive to reflect the society we serve. We believe that with diverse teams we are even better able to connect with our customers and their participants and to understand their needs even more. You can reach out to the team by sending an e-mail to connecting-cultures@apg.nl.

Neuro Unique

Highly giftedness, ADHD and autism are forms of neuro diversity. Did you now that it's estimated that 15-20% of the working population is neuro divergent? APG's Neuro Unique network wants to be a safe space for people who are neuro diverse and a place to share knowledge and experiences. The network also wants to increase awareness within the company and offer help if needed. More information? Contact chairman Juliëtte Tesselhoff. You'll find her contact details in outlook / intranet once you have started @APG.

Our key principle is: at APG you can be who you are and be welcome.
